Submitting a Request

Submitting a build request can be done in many different areas of the site. You will need to make sure you follow each and every detail on the submission form, or your submission will be denied. Please allow 24 hours from the time of submission for our team to review and assign an appointment. Your appointment slot will not appear on the booking calendar until your confirmation email and invoice has been received VIA your given email.

Making A Payment

Making A Payment is NOT required at the time of booking the appointment. Once your request has been received, it will be reviewed by our team, and once an approval has been granted, our team will send you an invoice VIA email. This invoice will come directly from Paypal Services. If you need an additional invoice for an additional service, such as Cashapp or Venmo, please visit the Support screen and submit a form or chat with a live agent during business hours. 

Can We Be Refunded?

We hate to hear that you didn't enjoy your custom build! 

We reserve the right to issue a refund back to your payment method within 24 hours from the release date. This means, you will have 24 hours from the time we send you your custom created build to request a refund, after 24 hours, a refund request will be denied.

Please note: Builds By Raven is an official business as of May 25, 2024. We do hold a right to reject a refund without probable cause. 

How Will I Receive My Build? 

You will receive your custom created build VIA the EA Gallery. Once your build has been completed, you will recieve your invoice. Once your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Gallery Name for your build and instructions on how to access it and download it. 

What Packs Do I Need?

Visit our "Expansion Pack/Game Pack" Tab to see the packs that are avaible at the time for each platform. 

It is ABSOLUTELY required that you have the packs of your choice purchased and installed on your platform in order for the custom content to appear. 

When you submit your build request, you will have the option to choose which packs you would like to be used. 

My Build Won't Load!

We are ABSOLUTELY devastated that your custom build is experiencing issues!

Good news though, reach out to our Support Center at your earliest convenience and we will try our absolute best to resolve the issue. 

Please note that this is probable cause for a refund, even after the 24 hr deadline-BUT be aware that our agents and moderators can see if your build was installed on your platform. If you try to receive a refund and you also received your build, your IP address will be banned and you will no longer be able to access the site.
